Jesus tells His disciples, 'You are the light of the world.' Not that you will be light someday, but that you are light right now. The role of light is simple: to dispel darkness. But light doesn't shine for itself—it shines for those around it. 'Don't hide the light; put it on a stand.' Don't conceal your faith; live it out. This isn't about grand gestures. It's about working with integrity at your job, showing kindness to your neighbors, helping those in need. That is light.

God, grant us to live as the light of the world. Help us not to hide our faith, but to live out Your love each day. Not through grand deeds, but through small kindnesses and integrity that illuminate the lives of those around us. In Jesus' name, Amen.
